Meet the Doctors

Dr.Reddy first started practicing Cosmetic Dentistry in Hollywood, Los Angeles, in 2012 and had the opportunity to see firsthand the impact of his work on patient's lives. This inspired him to further his education, and travel to Germany to attend one of the best programs in the world for implantology: Goethe University of Frankfurt for his Master of Science in Oral Implantology.

Dr. Reddy uses cutting edge surgical and biomimetic techniques to achieve health and success for his patients, and has successfully placed over 1500 implants over the last 12 years. His practice in implants includes single implants, implant bridges, full mouth rehabilitations, all-on-4 hybrid implant bridges, teeth-in-a-day restorations, and immediate implants.

Dr. Reddy is a true Californian at heart. He went to Apple Valley High School in Apple Valley, CA. Upon graduating in 1999, he was offered a full ride scholarship to attend UC Irvine. But he chose a different path. He went around the world for his higher education, not only to educate but for the love of traveling and culture. He went to KCDS in Bangalore, India, for his Bachelor's Degree. And then on to De La Salle University in Leon, Mexico, for his Doctorate Degree.

Aside from dentistry, Dr. Reddy enjoys traveling, photography, and classic car restoration. You'll often catch him in his backyard working on his latest projects!​

Dr. Shini's journey into dentistry began with a very personal experience. As a child, she was terrified of the dentist, and her smile wasn't quite what she wanted it to be. But everything changed when she underwent orthodontic treatment, including the extraction of four teeth. To her surprise, the experience was painless and life-changing. The newfound confidence that came with a beautiful smile inspired her to pursue a career in dentistry, so she could help others feel the same joy and self-assurance.
 

Dr. Shini pursued her dental education at the prestigious Oxford Dental College in Bangalore, India, where she honed her skills and deepened her passion for patient care.

 

In 2015, she brought her expertise to Temecula, California, where she and her husband, Dr. Reddy, opened Ready2Smile—a dental practice built on the foundation of compassionate care and personalized treatment.
 

As a General Dentist, Dr. Shini is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and cared for, especially those who, like her younger self, may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. She has a special affinity for working with children, and as a mother of two daughters, she understands the importance of creating positive dental experiences from a young age.
